We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase from us. Our 7-day return policy gives you 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for reference.

Kindly do not send any items back to us without first contacting us, as we’re unable to accept returns that haven’t been requested in advance.
Items That Cannot Be Refunded
We’re unable to offer refunds if you decide that a hijab doesn’t suit you or meet your personal preferences after purchase. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before ordering to ensure it’s the perfect match for you.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
We’re truly sorry if your item arrives damaged or faulty — and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number for reference, your full name, the name or description of the item, and clear photos showing the damage or defect.
Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. We appreciate your understanding.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale or clearance items are offered at special prices, which means they are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
We do our best to describe and photograph sale items accurately so you can shop with confidence.
